Refund and Return Policy

At Grovel Drugs & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality Ayurvedic products and a smooth, trustworthy shopping experience. While we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that there may be rare instances where returns or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under specific conditions. Returns are eligible only if the product delivered is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect (i.e., wrong item or quantity). If you receive a product that meets any of these conditions, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and safety wrappers intact. Products that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards applicable to Ayurvedic consumables and personal care products.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and herbal health products, the following items are not eligible for return under any circumstance unless received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items returned beyond the specified return period

  • Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales (unless damaged)

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must reach out to our support team via email or phone, clearly mentioning their Order ID, reason for return, and photographic evidence of the issue (in case of damage or wrong delivery). Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup, or guide you through sending it back to us.

Returned items must be carefully packed to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping unless handled by our designated courier partners.

Refund Approval and Timelines

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return meets all eligibility conditions, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed only for the cost of the product. In the event of product damage or incorrect delivery due to our error, shipping charges will also be refunded.

Please note that refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider, and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

Cancellations

Order cancellation requests can be accepted only before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, no payment refund is applicable unless a return has been approved.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (such as damaged product or incorrect item). If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not caused by us, the cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you will need to initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address, contact number, and order details are entered at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect order input. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.

Right to Refuse Return or Refund

Grovel Drugs & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund request if it does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy or if we suspect misuse, fraudulent claims, or abuse of our return system.
