Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends, national holidays, or after business hours will be processed on the next working day. In rare cases where an item is out of stock, our team will inform you promptly with options to wait, substitute, or cancel.

Delivery Timeline
Our delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Metro cities usually take 3–5 business days, other cities and towns take 5–7 business days, and remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days. These are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary depending on courier network, local restrictions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹50–₹100 applies, which will be displayed at checkout. Additional surcharges for remote locations, if any, will be communicated before dispatch.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and/or email. You can track your order online through the courier partner’s tracking portal. In case of issues with tracking updates, please reach out to our customer support team.

International Shipping
At present, we deliver only within India. International shipping options will be introduced in the future and updated in this policy accordingly.

Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times at the provided address. If the package remains undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged at the customer’s expense after verifying the updated address details.

Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to courier partner issues, strikes, natural calamities, festivals, or government restrictions. Grovel Drugs & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays outside our control, but our support team will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Shipping Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping address, pin code, and contact details at the time of placing an order. Grovel Drugs & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or physically damaged, please do not accept the delivery and immediately notify our support team at info@grovelpharma.com or +91 90328 23300, 98663 33719. We will arrange for a replacement or initiate a return as per our Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping Charges and Refunds
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the delay or incorrect product delivery was due to our error. In case of returns due to customer reasons such as change of mind, refusal, or incorrect address, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
